Information we collect

We may collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, city, ZIP code, vehicle information, requested services, appointment details, payment preference, notes, referral information, messages you send us, and vehicle-condition photos you choose to upload. We do not ask for or store your bank login credentials through the booking form.

How we use information

We use this information to review, schedule, confirm, modify, and complete appointments; provide estimates and customer support; plan travel and technician assignments; send service notifications; maintain business records; prevent misuse; and comply with legal obligations. We may send promotions only when permitted and when you have agreed to receive them.

Email and text messages

When you provide contact information, we may send transactional email or SMS messages about booking requests, confirmations, reminders, changes, cancellations, service progress, receipts, or support. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS marketing messages or HELP for assistance. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

SMS consent and phone numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

How information is shared

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share only the information necessary with service providers that support website hosting, scheduling, email, text messaging, payments, analytics, or business operations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer.

Website analytics

We collect anonymous usage events such as page views, navigation clicks, booking-form activity, referral source, device category, and approximate country, region, or city supplied by our hosting provider. We use this information to understand site performance and improve our services. Our internal analytics do not store the visitor's IP address or the personal information entered in the booking form.

Data retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for services, customer records, legal obligations, and legitimate business purposes. We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect personal information, but no online system or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Vehicle photos

Vehicle photos are optional and are used to review condition, prepare an estimate, plan the requested service, and document the appointment. A temporary QR link may be used to add photos from another device. Photos uploaded through a link that is not connected to a submitted booking are scheduled for deletion after 24 hours. Photos attached to a submitted booking may be retained with the service record for operational, support, and dispute-resolution purposes.

Used Car Check saved progress

The Used Car Check saves answers automatically on the device. If you choose cross-device recovery, your email address or phone number is converted into a one-way identifier and is not stored in readable form with the checklist. Your user-created PIN is also stored only as a one-way verification value. Checklist progress is retained for up to 180 days after the last save and may be deleted using the same contact information and PIN.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal and operational requirements. You may unsubscribe from promotional email using the link in the message and opt out of promotional SMS by replying STOP. Transactional messages necessary to manage an active appointment may still be sent.

Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The effective date above shows when it was last revised. Material updates will be posted on this page.
